PROCLAMATION.
I, WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby summon the Provincial Council of the said Province to meet for the dispatch of business, at the Council Chamber, at Christchurch, at Two o’Clock in the Afternoon, on WEDNESDAY, the FIRST day of OCTOBER, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-two.
Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this Twenty-fourth day of September, in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-two.
