- DECLARATION.—I, James Meldrum, of Teviotdale, do hereby solemnly declare that my sheep, branded RW (conjoined), being 5000 in number, now being at Teviotdale, have not within three months been subjected to any dressing for the cure of the scab, nor within three months been mixed with any sheep infected with the scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
Declared before me at Teviotdale, this 18th day of May, 1860.

† DECLARATION.—I, George Henry Moore, of Glenmark, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all my three ewe flocks, my sheep branded three legs, being 22,000 in number, now being at Glenmark, have not within three months been subjected to any dressing for the cure of the scab, nor within three months been mixed with any sheep infected with the scab, or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true. These sheep have been constantly tailed for the last three months.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTOR.—I, Philip Baker Boulton, Inspector of Sheep, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 22,000 sheep, branded three legs, the property of G. H. Moore, now being depastured at Glenmark, and that I find such sheep to be entirely free from scab or catarrh.
Given under my hand at Glenmark, this 25th day of May, 1860.

‡ DECLARATION.—I, Edward William Pasley, of Marlborough, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 2450 in number, not branded, now being depastured by me on the North side of the Hurunui in the Nelson Province, have not, within three months last past, been subject to any dressing for the cure of the scab, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab, or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTOR.—I, Philip Baker Boulton, Inspector of Sheep, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 2,450 sheep, unbranded, the property of E. W. Pasley, now being depastured on the North Side of the Hurunui, and that I find such sheep to be entirely free from scab or catarrh.
