The Peacock Jetty Extension Ordinance,
Session XI., No. 9;
which Bill was reserved for the signification of the Governor’s pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution Act, his Excellency has been pleased to withhold his assent to the same.

The Appropriation Ordinance, 1859-60, Session XI., No. 15;
having been laid before the Governor, in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution Act, his Excellency has been pleased to leave the same to their operation.
