NOTICE is hereby given, that the sections of land specified below will be submitted to public auction at the sitting of the Waste Lands Board to be held at the Land Office, Christchurch, on MONDAY, the 20th day of February, 1860, at the hour of noon (subject to the usual conditions of sale), and in conformity with the regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of Waste Lands of the Crown, now in force within the province:
