N.B.—All Sheep must be included in this return which were reported as diseased in the return for the previous quarter; if they have been pronounced clean the date of inspection must be given.

Acton Edward Chapman 7,000 3,000 25th July Scabby 7th August, Fined £100 Clean certificate to be produced by the 25th January, 1861.
Mackie & Beard William Dunford 2,400 2,400 25th August Scabby 11th September Case adjourned to 18th Sept.
Valetta Station Charles Hurst 2,000 2,000 29th September Scabby Having been suspended from the fulfilment of the duties of my office, I was not able to carry out the prosecution in this case.
Kennaway & Delamain — Kennaway 2,400 2,400 29th September Scabby The same as in the case of Mr. Hurst.
