THOMAS CASS, Esq.,
has resigned his seat as a Member of the Executive Council; and also as a Member of the Provincial Council for the Town of Christchurch.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that

ROBERT WILKIN, Esq.,
has been appointed a Member of the Executive Council in the room of Mr. Cass, resigned.

This appointment to date from 10th July, 1860.

Assistant Immigration Officer at Lyttelton.

These appointments bear date the 6th day of December, 1859.
