Provincial Council Prorogation and Notices

way communication between the port
town and producing districts of this
province.

you together again. Circumstances
may arise out of the various works
you have authorized which may render
such a course necessary. Meanwhile

that at our next meeting the then state
of our province will justify me in re-
commending a vigorous prosecution
of such ordinary public works as
remain to be carried out in order to
open up and develop the resources of
the country.

declare this Council prorogued until
