✨ Land Reservation Proclamation
PROCLAMATION.
WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE,
Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury,
by the powers vested in me, in that behalf by the regulations for the sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands hereinafter described shall be reserved until the next Session of the Provincial Council, subject to the pre-emptive right No. 21, for public purposes, that is to say—
Thirty acres, more or less, bounded on the North by sections No. 219 & 241; on the West by the Governor’s Bay road, and on the South East by a right line to contain the quantity required.
