Notification.

I Hereby notify for public information that having concluded an agreement with the Union Bank of Australia, by which the said Bank has become the Agent for the Loan of Thirty Thousand Pounds about to be raised under the authority of the "Loan Ordinance, 1856, Session VII, No. 3," I do, in virtue of the power vested in me by the said Ordinance, hereby appoint the Office of the Union Bank of Australia in London as the place where all payments both of principal and interest upon the Debentures so about to be issued shall be made.

Dated at Christchurch, this third day of March, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.
