CONDITIONAL LICENSES.
John Giles, Otari: To find stable accommodation for three horses, with proper supply of oats, a stackyard, and beds for travellers.

Duncan Cameron and Donald Cameron, Saltwater Creek: To provide three bed rooms and six beds, stockyard and sheep yard. To keep a ferry boat for foot passengers, and ferry them over the Saltwater Creek, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. at one penny each, and double fare at all other times.

William Dunford, Rakaia: To afford every assistance in his power in directing strangers to a safe fording. To provide bed accommodation, stable accommodation, and stock and sheep yard.

George Henry Purby, The Selwyn: To provide stable accommodation for eight horses, and to have corn always on hand. To provide suitable accommodation for travellers. To keep stockyards in efficient repair. To provide such postal facilities as the Provincial Government may require. To keep a lamp burning at night.

Joseph Deans, Timaru: That he keep accommodation for travellers, stable and stable accommodation, and a stockyard, and keep a lamp burning.

John Leith, the Kowai: To erect proper easement offices in a convenient place. To keep stable and stable accommodation for at least four horses. To provide beds, &c., for travellers, and to keep a lamp burning at night.
