THE Deputy Superintendent directs it to be notified that for the purpose of forming the Electoral Rolls for the ensuing year, he has appointed

JOHN MARSHMAN, ESQ.,

to be the Revising Officer for the following Electoral Districts, viz.:—

The Town of Christchurch,
The Town of Lyttelton,
The Kaiapoi District,
The Avon District,
The Heathcote District,
The Port Victoria District,
The Ashley District,
The Rakaia District.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

Electoral Rolls.

THE Revising Officer for the under-mentioned Districts, has appointed the following days and places for the revision of the Provincial Electoral Rolls for the ensuing year.

For the Town of Christchurch,—Tuesday, July 6, at eleven a.m., at the Provincial Council Chamber, Christchurch.

For the Town of Lyttelton,—Monday, July 5, at noon, at the Police Office, Lyttelton.

For the Kaiapoi District,—Thursday, July 8, at noon, at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Kaiapoi.

For the Avon District,—Tuesday, July 6, at one p.m., at the Provincial Council Chamber.
