Proclamation.
I, WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby summon the Provincial Council of the said Province to meet for the despatch of business at the Chamber at Christchurch, on one o'clock in the afternoon, on Wednesday, the twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.
Given under my hand at Christchurch this twenty-first day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven.
