I HEREBY certify that Thomas Fisher, M.D., has this day produced before me his Medical Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, London; also his Diploma from the same body as a Licensed Practitioner of Midwifery, and has thereby proved himself to be qualified as a Medical Practitioner under the Ordinance of the Provincial Council of New Munster, Session I. No. 2, passed the 18th May 1842, entitled “An Ordinance to define the qualification, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

THE back portion of the Warehouse situated on Norwich Quay, Lyttelton, and belonging to Mr. Augustus James Alport has been approved for the free warehousing and securing of goods under bond, according to the provisions of the Customs Ordinance, Session I. No. 3, 1841.

THE undermentioned places have been approved for the free warehousing and securing of goods under Bond, for the payment of duties according to the provisions of the Customs’ ordinance of 1841. Session, I No. 3.
The warehouse situated on Norwich quay Lyttelton, belonging to Mr. H. J. Le Cren, and formerly known as Longden and Le Cren’s.
That portion of the building situated on Norwich quay, Lyttelton, and known as the Canterbury Association’s Store, at present in the occupation of Mr. J. F. Ballard, and generally known as Davis’ Bonding Store.

AFTER this date the usual Import Bond will not be required on entry of goods to be secured for duty in the Licensed Warehouses, at Lyttelton, known as—

‘Alport’s,
the occupiers having given a general Bond for goods at any time entered to be secured therein.
