DEPASTURING LICENSES.

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, in accordance with the Regulations for Depasturing Cattle on the Waste Lands of the Crown, that the undermentioned persons have applied for Licenses for Runs in the Province of Canterbury.

34 Ernest Gray ... 25,000 On the North bank of the Rangitata River, bounded on the North by a line, 4 miles from and parallel to the River, on the East by the sea coast, on the south by the Rangitata, and on the West by a run in the occupation of Mr. G. J. Rogers (No. 26).
35 John Cracroft Wilson, and St. G. M. Nugent ... 54,000 On the North bank of the Rangitata river, bounded on the North by the river Hinds, on the East by the run of Mr. G. J. Rogers, (No. 26), on the South by the Rangitata, extending westerly between the rivers to the amount of 54,000 acres.
36 Benjamin and Thomas Moorhouse ... 40,000 Between the South branch of the Rivers Hinds and Rangitata, West of and adjoining the Run (No. 35) applied for by Mr. J. C. Wilson.
37 William Sefton Moorhouse ... 20,000 Bounded on the North by the Hekeana (branch of the River Hinds), on the East by the sea coast, South by the run (No. 34), applied for by Mr. Ernest Gray, and on the West by the run (No. 26) in the occupation of Mr. G. J. Rogers.
38 George Duppa ... 26,000 Bounded on the North by the River Orari, on the East by the Sea Coast, on the South by the River Orangitairi, and on the West by Run (No. 18) in the occupation of Mr. Alfred Cox.
39 Jeannie Collier ... 28,500 Bounded on the North by the River Otaio, on the East by the Sea Coast, on the South by the River Makakini, and Westerly between the Rivers Otaio and Makakini to the extent of 28,500 acres.
40 Jeannie Collier ... 28,500 Bounded on the North by the River Makakini, and on the East by the Sea Coast, on the south by the River Hook, and westerly between the Rivers Makakini and Hook to the extent of 28,500 acres.
41 Paul Studholme ... 35,000 Bounded on the North by a line 5 miles north of and parallel to the River Waihao, on the East by the eastern base of the hills about 6 miles from the sea, on the South by the Waihao, and on the West by a line parallel to and 10 miles from the eastern boundary.
