29 M Robert Carrington 20 Concussion May 14 May 14 5 hours Admitted in a profound comatose state, from concussion, the result of a fall from the mainmast of the barquentine Tien Tsin. Inquest held. Accidental death recorded.
30 M Henry Bloom 25 Typhoid fever May 7 May 14 7 Admitted with typhoid fever with bronchial complications. Larger bronchi found much inflamed. Large intestines gorged with coagulated blood. Large ulcers present in large intestines.

32 M William Mason 65 Erysipelas May 10 May 22 12 Admitted in a wretched state from an attack of erysipelas of the left leg, which had destroyed the greater part of the skin, laying bare the muscles; there was immense discharge daily of a most offensive character, which exhausted him.
33 M John Straw 39 Typhoid fever May 21 May 22 23 hours Admitted dying from internal hemorrhage, as a large quantity of blood was found in the colon arising from ulcers; there was also acute bronchitis present.
34 M William Dunmore 47 Pneumonia May 27 May 27 18 hours Admitted with double pneumonia, and only lived 18 hours. The whole of the left lung and the middle lobe of right lung hepatized. Liver nut megged. Heart hypertrophied. Kidneys granular.
35 M William Pearce 35 Phthisis pulmonalis Mar. 24 May 31 68 An ordinary case.
36 M Benjamin Alexander 19 Typhoid fever May 25 June 3 9 Admitted for typhoid fever with extreme nervous debility and diarrhoea; gradually got weaker, became delirious and sank rapidly.
37 M Joseph Prior 30 Heart disease May 3 June 6 34 Admitted from H.M.S. Rosario suffering from heart disease and dropsy. Heart weighed 28ozs. Aortic valves greatly dilated. Mitral puckered. Liver weighed 5lbs. Kidneys large but not granular. Spleen large and congested. Abdominal cavity full of serum.
