SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, January 25, 1875.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Waimatatini, Waiapu, in the District of Hawkes’ Bay, in the Province of Auckland, on the 10th day of March next, will be heard the application of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.
