NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under "The Native Land Act, 1873-4," of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Waimatatini, Waipu, on the 10th of March next, and following days.

Watene, Haretaua, Hoana, and Iari Komarau, near Waipu Commences at Te Horoapuawhea, and goes on to Puharariki, Parakiwai, and Rangitoto, and goes on to Te Puni, on the beach, thence to Kaiaua, Te Ngaio, Otawaararoa, and Wharekapiti, and thence back to Te Horoapuawhea The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Office of the District Surveyor, Gisborne, Poverty Bay.
H. Potae, Mokena Kohere, Rev. Matiaha Pahewa, Wiremu, To Hira, Hone, Natana, Hare Paraone, Mohaia, Himiona, and Herewini Makarika, near Waipu Commences at Turehaua, and goes on to Te Hukenga, Te Umuokokere, Takapau, Te Rohutu, Makakahi, Te Poteahinekoko, Te Mataniho, Te Awatahae, then turns and goes on to Te Mataa, Taumataotanerukutia, Tukou, and Kawakawa, then goes up to Taumataokawa, and on to Tawirikoko, Te Wharau, Kakahirei, Hapuatoto, Tokitoki, and Tarere, and thence to Turihaua
Hone Ilehe, Iehu Haki, and Kereama Kaipara Wairanga, near Waipu Commences at the mouth of the Mangatutakawa River, and goes on to Te Mangaahineuru, Puketautau, Taikatiki, Te Poho-o-te-kainui, Waiaranga, and Paretai, and thence to the commencement
Herewini Tamahori, Te Paki Te Ahi, and Wiki Te Piri Makarika, near Waipu Commences at the mouth of the Makarika River, and goes on to Takapu, Te Horna, Pao Kahuru, Tokiameha, Orua, Titipau, Ihungia, Hautauparea, Papakaumatua, Motorata, Kopuanui, Te Wharau, Te Kahika, and Tokitoki, and thence to the commencement
Herewini Tamahori, Te Hira Waikapakapa, Wi Pewhairangi, Watene Tapuke, Heta Pikahu, Hori Kata, Wi Nganga, Hare Mura, Riria Puehu, Karawia, Te Rana Morete, To Pene Wenerei, Hana Paua, Iritana Iriwharu, Hemi Pere, Riwia Onewa, Parata Ngata, Ranapia Patan, and others. Hauanu, near Waipu Commences at Te Wharau, and goes on to Tawhirikoko, Te Whakaroa, Kauwhairangi, Te Wharau, Te Kahika, and Tokitoki, and thence to the commencement
