NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873-74.

District of Kaipara
Province of Auckland.

AT a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, held at Whangarei, in the District of Kaipara, Province of Auckland, commencing on the 14th day of September, 1876, and concluded on the 21st day of September, 1876, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and Hori Kukutai, Assessor.

It was ordered that Memorials of the Ownership of the Natives named in the third column of the Schedule hereto appended to the several Blocks of Land mentioned in the first column of the Schedule, be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.

Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, this 25th day of September, 1876.
