NOTICE.

TO the Owners or reputed Owners, Lessees or reputed Lessees and Occupiers of Allotment number twelve of section number eleven of the suburbs of Auckland, Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden :

Take notice that the map and specifications relating to a road which the One Tree Hill Highway District Board propose to take over the above mentioned allotment, and of road proposed to be closed and abandoned are deposited for inspection at the Junction Hotel, Epsom; that the purpose of the said map and specifications is to define the site, admeasurements, and mode of forming the said road; and that all persons affected by the proposed road are hereby called upon to set forth in writing, addressed to the Chairman of the One Tree Hill Highway Board, within forty days from the publication hereof, in the Gazette, all objections which they may have to the said road.

POINT CHEVALIER HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

THE Assessment List for this district has been finally settled, and the Rate Book may be inspected at Mr. Dignan’s house. Mr. James Woodward to be Collector.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the above district has this day been finally settled; and also, that the Rate Book may be seen and the rates paid at the office of the Waiotahi District Board, Waiotahi Creek Road, Thames Goldfield.

NEWTON HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of the Newton Highway District for the year 1876-7 has been finally settled. Messrs. H. Ashton and Son, have been appointed Collectors of Rates, and their Office is the place appointed where Rates may be paid. The Rate Book is open for inspection at the Works of Messrs. Warnock Bros., Richmond.

THE Assessment List for the Howick Township Highway District is finally settled and can be inspected at the residence of the Secretary and Collector, James Kerr, to whom the rates must be paid.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Assessment List of the above named District for the year ending 30th June, 1877, is now finally settled. The Rate Book may be inspected at the Post Office, Ruatangata. Payment of Rates to be made to the Collector, Mr. Robert Burton, at his residence.
