SUBDIVISION OF HERADITAMENTS.

Auckland, August 30th, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Waipuna, in the District of Whangaroa, in the Province of Auckland, on the 5th day of October next, will be heard the application of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grant of the piece of land the name of which appears in the second column situate in the district named in the third column.
