22 Auckland Provincial Government Gazette.

NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, December 21st, 1875.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 26th day of October, 1875, it was ordered by the Governor in Council under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land Act Amendment Act, 1874," that the claim of Anaru Matete and others to a piece of land called Okirang, situate at Poverty Bay, in the District of Hawkes Bay, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 31st day of July, 1875, at Gisborne, in the District aforesaid, should be re-heard by the said Court, and that such re-hearing shall take place before the 21st day of August, 1876.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Makaraka, Poverty Bay, on the 23rd day of February, 1876, for the re-hearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

NOTEMEA i tetahi Kii Runanga i puta i te 28 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1875, i mea te Kawana ratou ko tona Runanga i runga i te tikanga o "Te Ture Whenua Maori, 1873," me "Te Ture Whenua Maori, 1874," Ko te paanga o Anaru Matete ratou ko etahi atu tangata Maori, ki tetahi piihi whenua ko Okirang te ingoa, e takoto ana i Turanga, i te Takiwa o Haki Pei, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori o Niu Tirani ki Turanganui i te 31 o nga ra o Hurae, 1875, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti, a me tu taua whakawa tuarua ki mua o te 12 o nga ra o Maehe, 1876.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka noho te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Makaraka, Turanga, a te 23 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1876, hei whakawa hou ano i tenei piihi whenua.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Makaraka, Poverty Bay, on the 23rd day of February, 1876, for the re-hearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Makaraka, Poverty Bay, on the 23rd day of February, 1876, for the re-hearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
