IT is hereby notified that the Chairman of the afternamed District Board, under “The Highways Act, 1874,” has reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons duly appointed MEMBERS of that Board to supply vacancies :--

PAPAKURA :— R. J. Middleton and George Andrews, vice A. Barclay, resigned, and T. Allen, disqualified.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that the Chairman of the Te Puna District Board, under “The Highways Act, 1874,” has reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of Messrs. Louis Bidois and W. C. Johnson as having been elected as FENCE-VIEWERS for the TE PUNA Highway District in accordance with the provisions of “The Fencing Act, 1855, Amendment Act, 1874.”
