NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Uawa, Tolaga Bay, on the 5th day of July next and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the persons, deceased, whose names appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.

District of Kaipara,
Province of Auckland.

At a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Helensville, on the 20th day of January, 1876, and concluded on the 24th day of January, 1876, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esq., Judge, and Hori Te Whetuki, Assessor. In the matter of the several applications of persons for the investigation of their claims to be interested in the several blocks of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered that a Memorial of the Ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the said Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.

Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the seal of the Court, this 18th day of May, 1876.
