NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Mercer, in the District of Waikato, in the Province of Auckland, on the 6th day of May, 1876, next, will be heard the application of the person whose name appears in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditament comprised in the Crown Grant of the piece of land the name of which appears in the second column, situate in the district named in the third column.
