NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under the "Native Lands Act, 1873-74," of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kapanga, Coromandel, on the 20th of April next, and following days.

Reupene Te Whetuki Te Akeake, near Ma-naia, Coromandel The boundaries are shown on the map
Renata Kitahi Motutere, near Waiana, Coromandel Commences at the junction of the Mata-wai and Mangakotukutuku rivers, and goes along on the Iki range; then turns towards the east, still keeping along on that range, and following the boundary of Patene’s land to the boundary Pirimoa’s land; then goes up to the highest point of the dividing range between the Whangapua and Waiau streams; then turns towards the south, and follows that range on the boundary of Opitonui to Motutere; then divides on that rock, and to the southward side of Motutere the boundary turns towards the south-west and goes on to the source of the Matawai river and goes down that river to its junction with the Mangakotukutuku river, and thence to the commencement
Peneamene Tanui, and Te Aioroa, Aoru Patene Te Aioroa, near Mercury Bay The northern boundary is the Whangamaroro river; it then goes on to Hopetui, turns towards the south on the eastern side of the Pupu river, and goes on to the Wharawhara river, turns there, and goes on to the commencing point
