Improvement Commissioners’ Office,
Auckland, 24th March, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Improvement Commissioners will cause to be sold by Public Auction on Tuesday, 2nd May, 1876, the Lease, for the term of 99 years, of allotments fronting Princes-street, O’Rorke-street, Alfred-street, Wellesley-street, Rutland-street, and Lorne-street.
