PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Honourable Order of the Bath,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the seventh section of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby alter and amend the boundaries of the WhaiNgAroa Highway District as hereunder set forth.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this 20th day of December, 1875.

The Whaingaroa Highway District.
Amended Boundaries.
Bounded towards the north by the waters of the Whaingaroa harbour from the Ohira creek to the mouth of the Waitetuna river, thence crossing said river to the northern boundary of the parish of Karamu and thence by said northern boundary of the parish of Karamu aforesaid to the north-eastern angle of allotment No. 167 of said parish; towards the east by the eastern boundary of allotment No. 167 of the parish of Karamu aforesaid and the eastern boundary of the Pnketutu block to the Waitetuna river and by the Waitetuna river aforesaid to the south-eastern angle of the parish of Whaingaroa; towards the south-east by the southern boundary of allotment No. 60 of the parish of Whaingaroa aforesaid, from the Waitetuna river aforementioned to the south-western angle of said lot No. 60, thence in a westerly direction by lines being the southern boundary of the Provincial Government land to the eastern boundary of the Karioi Highway District; and towards the west by the eastern boundary of the Karioi Highway District aforesaid from the point last named to the mouth of the Ohira creek first mentioned, the place of commencement.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that the Chairman of the Totara Highway District, has in accordance with the provisions of "The Highways Act, 1874," reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undernamed persons elected as members of the District Board for the said District, namely:—
Donald McIntyre Anderson,
Thomas Major Lane,
George John Andrews,
William Henry Saies,
Robert Bell.
Reader Wood,
Provincial Secretary.
