PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1874,” I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder will be offered for sale by Public Auction as Suburban and Rural lands.
Given under my hand at Auckland this twenty-first day of December, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
