UPPER MAHURANGI HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
THE Assessment List for the current year has been finally settled. The Rate Book has been deposited at Mr. J. B. Jordanβs Store, for the inspection of Ratepayers. Mr. George Moor, has been appointed Collector, and will attend at the Public Hall, Warkworth, on Mondays, November 29th, December 6th, and 13th, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, for the purpose of receiving the Rate.

RUARANGI HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
THE Assessment List has this day been finally settled, and the Rate-book is deposited for inspection at the residence of Jones Rountree, Ruarangi, to whom all rates must be paid on or before the 6th January, 1876, or to Samuel Wells, 129, Queen-street, Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of the above District has been finally settled, and that the Rate-book lies for inspection at the residence of the Collector, Mr. George Keough, Panmure.

WAIKIEKIE HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
THE Assessment List for the year ending 30th June, 1876, has been finally settled. The Rate-book can be seen at the residence of the Chairman, to whom the resident ratepayers must pay their rates. A copy of the List may be seen at the office of the Collector, Mr. G. W. Armstrong, 25 and 26, Insurance Buildings, to whom non-residents must pay their rates.

NEWCASTLE HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
THE Assessment List is finally settled. The residence of the Collector, Mr. F. V. Fitzpatrick, Waipa West, Ngaruawahia, is the place where the Rate Book may be inspected, and payment of the Rate made by persons liable to pay the same.

AT a Sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, held at Gisborne, in the said District, on the 26th day of October, 1874, before John Rogan, Esquire, Judge, and Enoka Te Whanake, Assessor:
In the matter of the claim of Raniera Turoa and others, it was Ordered that a Memorial of the Ownership of Raniera Turoa, Mokena Huatau, Arapeta Rangiuia, Hera Rangiuia, Raharuhi, Karaitiana Tereanini, Karauria Pahura, Patara Rangi, Kingi Hori, Himiona Te Kani, Heremia Tauwera, Hami Rakaitapu, Pore Rakaitapu, Hori Mokoera, Peta Komaru, Henare Potae, Reweti Rangi, Kereama, Patiriki Pahura, Waru, Raharuhi Poia, Peta Kurekure, and Hera Paki, aboriginal natives, of a parcel of land at Tolago Bay, in the District of Poverty Bay, containing 252 acres 2 roods 33 perches, and known by the name of Uawa, be inscribed on a separate folium on the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Rogan, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court: the 26th day of October, 1874.
