NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873.

TURE WHAKAWA WHENUA MAORI, 1873.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Court will be held at Shortland on the 24th day of November next, at 10 o’clock, to ascertain and determine the share or shares acquired by Robert Graham, of Auckland, Esquire, of and in a block of land situate at Grahamstown, Thames District, and called Kauaeranga No. 14, for which a Crown Grant was made on the 4th day of August, 1870, and also to subdivide the said block of land, and to allot to the said applicant the portion thereof to which he is entitled in respect of his share or shares.
