In pursuance of Section 126 of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1873.”

Take notice that the conditions of your License hereunder specified not having been complied with, all rights under the same are forfeited, and I hereby warn you that at the expiration of ten days from the service hereof I will proceed for possession of your* in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.
