NOTEMEA i tetahi Kii Runanga i puta i te 13 o nga ra o Hurae, 1875, i mea te Kawana ratou ko tona Runanga i runga i te tikanga o “Te Ture Whenua Maori, 1873,” me “Te Ture Whenua Maori, 1874,” ko te paanga o Watana Tuma ratou ko etahi atu tangata Maori ki tetahi pihi whenua ko Kaimaro te ingoa, e takoto ana i Te Puriri, i te takiwa o Te Tani, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori o Niu Tirani ki Hoterene Taone, i te 4 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1874, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti, a me tu taua whakawa tuarua ki mua mai o te 4 o nga ra o Maehe, 1876.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka noho te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Hoterene Taone, a te 17 o nga ra o Nowema, 1875, ki te whakawa hou i tenei pihi whenua.

NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, October 6th, 1875.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 13th day of July, 1875, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under “The Native Land Act, 1873,” and “The Native Land Act Amendment Act, 1874,” that the claim of Watana Tuma and others to a piece of land called Kaimaro, situated near Te Puriri, in the district of the Thames, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 4th day of September, 1874, at Shortland, in the District aforesaid, should be reheard by the said Court, and that such rehearing should take place before the 4th day of March, 1876.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Shortland, Thames, on the 17th day of November, 1875, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Shortland, Thames, on the 17th day of November, 1875, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
