Auckland Provincial Government Gazette.
BY-LAW NO. 17.
BY-LAW of the Council of the City of Auckland, made under Special Order of the said Council, dated the Fifth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, confirmed and sealed with the Common Seal of the said Council the Sixteenth day of August, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
In pursuance of Section 181 of Part 13 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," the Council of the City of Auckland ordain as follows: that is to say: Part 2 and Subdivisions 1 and 2 of part 4 of the 13th Schedule to the said Act are hereby adopted in and for the said City.
Passed by the said Council this sixteenth day of August, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

Provincial Acts of Auckland not disallowed by the Governor.

Wellington, 1st September, 1875.
THE following Acts passed by the Provincial Council, and assented to by the Superintendent of Auckland on behalf of the Governor, intituled—
"The Hospital Reserve Sale Act, 1875;"
"The Education Reserves Management Act Amendment Act, 1875;"
"The Supreme Court Site Road Act, 1875;"
"The Supreme Court Site Leasing Act, 1875;"
"The Highways Act, 1874, Amendment Act, 1875;"
"The Public Buildings Act, 1875;"
"The Appropriation Act, 1875;"
"The Appropriation Act, 1875" (No. 2); and
"The Sheep Act, 1875;"
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has not been advised to exercise his power of disallowance with respect to the same.
