IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the after-named District Boards, under “The Highways Act, 1874,” have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons, elected as Fence-Viewers for those Districts respectively, in accordance with the provisions of “The Fencing Act, 1855, Amendment Act, 1874,” namely:—
HOWICK TOWNSHIP:—Thomas Robinson and Geo. Browning.
POINT CHEVALIER:—Richard Walker and William Young.
HIKURANGI:—John H. Carter and Alexander McLeod.
MONGONUI TOWNSHIP:—John McIntosh and Charles Waddingham.
PUKETUTU:—Erni Bond and Edwin Oldroyd.
KAIAPAKAPA NORTH:—Ralph Osbaldiston and M. H. Hudson.

JOHN PRIER RICHARDSON—No. 7A District—Comprising Whangarei, Whau Whau, Kaurihohore, Hikurangi, Ruatangata Highway Districts, and the lands between the said Districts and the boundary of the Maungatapere Highway District, and a line drawn from North-West corner of said District to where the Wairua river touches the Ruatangata District.
JOHN S. RUST—No. 8 District—Comprising the Highway Districts of Whareora, Ohiwa, Parua, Manurewa, and the lands between the said Districts and the Northern boundary of the County of Marsden.
ANTONIO SEMADES—No. 9 District—Comprising the Highway Districts of Waikiekie, Mareretu, Ruarangi, Mangapai, Ruakaka, and Township of Marsden.
