PROCLAMATION.

By His Honour Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by an Act of the Local Legislature of the Province of Auckland, intituled “An Act to abate the Nuisance caused by Dogs (Session I. No. 4, 1854)” I do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the publication hereof, the said Act shall come into operation within the District of

MANGAPIKO,

as constituted under “The Highways Act, 1874.”

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Province of Auckland, at Wellington, this 4th day of August, 1875.

HAURAKI GOLD MINING DISTRICT.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the mining lease hereunder named, and the Lessee’s estate therein determined; and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 109, 110, 111, and 112, of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1873.”

The CITY OF DUNEDIN Gold Mining Company Registered; situated at Tararu, bounded on the north and west by the late Russell Battery License, on all other sides by supposed unoccupied ground.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By His Honour Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the seventh section of “The Highways Act, 1874,” I do hereby abolish the District constituted under the provisions of “The Highways Act, 1871,” and described by the name of the COROMANDEL Highway District, by notification under the hand of Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire, Superintendent, dated the 6th February, 1872, and published in the Provincial Government Gazette on the 13th February, 1872.

Given under my hand at Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, this third day of August, 1875.
