HAURAKI GOLD MINING DISTRICT.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
It is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the mining lease hereunder named, and the Lessee’s estate therein determined; and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 109, 110, 111, and 112, of "The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1878."

The Nolan’s Candlelight No. 1 Gold Mining Company, Registered; bounded easterly by the late "Multum-in-Parvo" ground, and on all other sides by supposed unoccupied ground. Lease dated 29th April, 1871, No. 238.
AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS FOR GRANTING AGRICULTURAL LEASES.

His Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Amendments in the Regulations for the granting of Agricultural Leases within the Ohinemuri Goldfield.

Clause 17, (Rent to be paid in advance,) to be read as follows:—“The rent per acre to be reserved upon every lease shall be at the annual rate of one shilling for the first seven years, one shilling and sixpence for the second seven years, and two shillings for the last seven years; and all rents or moneys payable under or in respect of any lease shall be due and paid annually in advance to the Receiver of Gold Revenue on the first day of January in each year of the term of lease. Provided always that one full year’s rent shall be paid at the time of issue on all leases issued prior to the thirtieth day of June in any year, and one-half year’s rent shall be paid on leases issued subsequent to the thirtieth day of June in any year.”
Clause 21. (Survey Fees) to be expunged.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of "The Supreme Court Site Leasing Act, 1875," that it is intended to alienate the land, mentioned and described in the Schedule to the said Act, by way of lease for a term of sixty-six (66) years, at public auction to be held at the mart of Messrs. B. Tonks and Co., Auctioneers, Queen-street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 1st September, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.
Subjoined is a Schedule of the allotments into which the said land has been sub-divided for the purpose of such alienation.
Plans may be obtained and Conditions of Lease and all other information may be ascertained at this office, and at the Auctioneers’ Mart.
