NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE UNDER "THE NATIVE LANDS ACTS, 1873 AND 1874," OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Gisborne, Poverty Bay, on the 18th of June next, and following days.

Kereama Kaipara, Hone Matahiia, near Waiapu Hehe, Paki Te Ahi Commences at the mouth of the Mangaohewa river, and goes on to Waikoko, Te Wakastamarakau, Maungaharuru, Wairakai, Taumatatieke, Tawaateepa, Pariohiawai, and Papatahi, along in the Aropa river to Kuritinawhiti, Raoraopoto, Rangirewa, and the mouth of the Aorangi river, to Te Matau, and runs along in the Matau river to the mouth of the Mangaohewa river. Office of the Deputy Inspector of Surveys, Gisborne.
Pita Te Huhu, Hone Kewa, Waingaromia, Tiopira, Parau Haupa, Mika, Mere Paka, near Gisborne, Poverty Bay Commences at Mahangarua, and goes on Te Huruhuru, Taumata kareturetu, Te Waiwhakangeeki, Rangirewa, Taumataotewhakapakihau, Te Iwiohokinga, Te Paopona, and Te Moakaihau, comes out at Te Awhenga, and goes thence to Tahinasina and Toromiro Office of the Deputy Inspector of Surveys, Gisborne.
Horomona Hapai, Wi Te Tawhito, Hau, Ropata Wahawaha, Hekereta Wharo, Raihera Whariki, Herewini, Matiu Te Hina, Piripi Puoho, Maraki Tautuhi, Hoera Te Hau, Hotene Peneti, Paratene Taiao, Hakaraia Hiakai, Miriana Hiakai, Hare Parahako, Pine Huhu, Harata Te Ihi, Tuihana Hapai, Piripi Pahina, Raniera Raere, Paora Tinirau, Rameka Takurua, near Tokomaru, Poverty Bay Commences at Ihupatiti, and goes on to Te Whakaumu, Whirikaha, Kimipirau, Taumataotewhatu, Otuaikea, Mangarua, Otuakore, Waihi, Pahioamakaka, Te Rawhiti, roa, Maihiorongo, Te Karaka, Taumataongatua, Whakaware, Takangaopokai, Te Kamakakioere, Te Wakaroa Te Matai, and Taumataotutaepa, and on to Ihupatiti Office of the Deputy Inspector of Surveys, Gisborne.
Ropata Wahawaha, Hohepa Te Poroikamoana, near Waipu Wera, Piripi Pahina, Harata Poiwa, Horiana Ripa, Paratene Taiao, Tanara Whakataka Commences at Tawaarahi, and goes on to Te Rauokahutia, Omarangai, Tawatutahi, Waitahoata, Pauariki, Kauirekakanui, Te Umuoha, rau, Otuaropaki, Karetuawhakaroa, Paraeiharoaotekaahu, Te Whinaumakuke, Te Rotokahika, Mangamauku and Ototo, and thence to the commencement Office of the Deputy Inspector of Surveys, Gisborne.
