Auckland Provincial Government Gazette.
Ten Shillings for every male person of 21 years and upwards residing within the Province of Auckland who shall not be liable to pay the said Household Rate, as the Rates to be levied for the year 1875;
I do hereby appoint
ROBERT BAILLIE LUSK, Esquire,
as the person to whom such Rates shall be paid, and
I do hereby further fix Monday the twelfth day of July, 1875, to be the day, and the Provincial Treasury to be the place, on and at which such Rates shall be payable.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Toll Gate and Toll House, on the Mount Eden Road, near its junction with the new North Road, are about to be removed from their present sites to near the junction of the Gaol Road on the said Mount Eden Road; and notice is also hereby given in terms of “The Turnpike Act, 1866,” that on and after Thursday, the first day of July, 1875, Tolls will be levied at this Gate upon its new site.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By His Honour Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Section 33 of “The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871,” having duly taken into consideration the Order made by the Upper Mahurangi District Board (and the objections made thereto) for the making of a road through allotments Nos. 61 and 53, within the said district, and having regard to the premises which I now find to have been made by my predecessor to confirm the said Order, I do hereby confirm the said Order without variation.

Mr. Richard Andrews
to be Keeper of the Public Magazine on the Mine of the New Zealand Kapanga Gold Mining Company (Limited), at Coromandel, for the storage of Gunpowder for the use of the said Company, in place of Mr. Richard Clymo, deceased.

In the matter of the Joint Stock Companies’ Dissolution Act, 1872, and in the matter of the affidavit and application of Francis Angus White, Secretary of the Sir Walter Scott Gold Mining and Quartz Crushing Company, Limited.
I HEREBY notify that no objection to such application having been made and lodged with me as by the said Act required, I do now declare such Company to be dissolved.
