SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, January 13th, 1875.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Turanganui, in the District of Poverty Bay, in the Province of Auckland, on the 17th day of February next, will be heard the application of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.
