PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor George Maurice O’Rorke,
Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the
Province of Auckland.
In pursuance of section 3 of “The Sheep Act 1863 Amendment Act, 1874,” I do hereby fix and define the line or boundary within the said Province, as described in the following Schedule, to be the boundary line under the said Act.
Given under my hand, and the Seal of the Province, at Auckland, this twenty-fourth day of February, 1875.

SCHEDULE:
Commencing at low water mark of the seaward termination of the southern boundary of Cook’s country on the East Coast, thence by said boundary westerly to the confluence of the Rapurapu and Waihou rivers, thence by a right line to Arowhenua, thence following the old road to Orakau, thence by part of the southern boundary of the military settlements to the Punui river, and by said river to its confluence with the Waipa river, thence by a right line to the summit of Pirongia mountain, thence by a right line to the mouth of the Makomako creek in Aotea harbour, and by the southern shore of Aotea harbour aforesaid to low water mark of the sea at Kahua point on the West Coast.
PROCLAMATION.

Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
In pursuance of Section 6 of “The Sheep Act, 1863 Amendment Act, 1874,” I do hereby appoint that a charge of Two Pence per sheep shall be paid by the owners of any sheep in respect of the examination to be made by the Inspector, under the provisions of the said Act.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 23rd February, 1875.
In pursuance of the sixth clause of “The Slaughterhouse Act, 1866,” it is hereby notified that an application has been made to me by Messrs. Harvey and Kirk, of Tauranga, for a private slaughterhouse license to their premises at Tauranga.
Objections against the granting of such license must be lodged at this office within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.
