NOTICE is hereby given, that the Crown Grants to the undermentioned Persons for the undermentioned Blocks of Land in the Province of Auckland, have been forwarded by the Honorable Secretary for Crown Lands to the District Land Registrar here for delivery to the Grantees.

TRADE OF THE PORT OF ONEHUNGA.
From 1st January, 1871, to 31st December, 1874, 665 steamers and 464 sailing vessels have passed in and out of the Manukau Harbour, with one casualty, which was the loss of the cutter Flora McDonald, and all on board, while in the act of entering the Harbour during a south-west gale on the 2nd February, 1874.
