NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List for this district has been finally settled. The Rate Book may be inspected, and payment of rates made at the residence of Mr. Fallowdown, to Mr. F. W. Sidwell, Collector, on or before the 16th day of November, after which date proceedings will be taken against all defaulters.

NEWTON HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List for this District has been finally settled, and that the Rate Book may be inspected at the residence of Mr. Jones Richmond. All rates must be paid to the Collector, Mr. Carson, Stichbury’s Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of Thursday next, the 12th instant, for the Supply of Provisions to the Provincial Hospital, during the period commencing on the 16th November instant, and ending on the 30th June, 1875.
Separate Tenders for Milk will also be received. Printed forms of tender and copies of the conditions and specifications can be obtained upon application at this Office.
