NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List for this District has been finally settled. The place for payment of the Rates is at the office of the Collector, Mr. C. L. Perry, Alexandra. The Rate Book can be inspected at the residence of Mr Tindall, and copies of the Assessment List either at the Collector’s or at the Chairman’s residence.

MONGONUI HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of the Mongonui Highway District is now finally settled, that Rate Book may be inspected, and payment of the rate made, at Mr. Adamson’s Store, Oruru Valley. Absentees are requested to forward their rates by P. O. order or stamps to the Chairman before 19th December, 1874, or action will be taken for recovery of the same under clause 48 of the Highways Act.

WHEREAS, by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named T. Bray, I should cause to be made the sum of £102 15s 6d, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of £8 per centum per annum from the 10th day of October, 1874, together with £1 13s 4d for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers’ fees, &c.: Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by Richard Arthur, at his Auction Mart, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 4th day of February, 1875, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, unless the said debt of £102 15s 6d and interest be sooner paid, together with the said sum of £1 13s 6d, besides poundage, Officers’ fees, &c.: All the Estate Right, Title, and Interest of the said T.
