NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, on the 2nd of December next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

NAME OF CLAIMANT NAME AND LOCALITY OF BLOCK. BOUNDARIES. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Wi Taiakaruke, Te Kapua, Rionihia, and Taihoa, Whakataue, at Whakatane, Commences at Raungaehe, and goes on to Te Awahou, Taiwharekau, Te Toi, Kutarere, Waiotai, Kaharoa, Te Ihutai, Te Ihutotara, Tutumutanga, Omuitera, Te Kapiti, Whakatoro, and Raungaehe. Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Rionihia, Werahiko, Taihoa, and Maraea, Rangitaiki, near Whakatane, Commences at Waimangio, and goes on to Te Tahuna, Te Onepu, Ngatamawahine, the Rangitaiki river, Te Rimuroa, Tokitarekai, and Waimangio.
Hemi Te Ikapoto, Ramari, Epiha, Tamehana Taumutu, Pita Taumutu, Te Keepa, Hiria, Mere Titi, Katerina, Marara, Eria, Kaperiere Tamaiarohi, Tauhinuen, near Te Whaiti, Commences at Whareraurekau, and goes on towards the south to Maungarangi, Te Wharepoupou, Oaopuku, Waikotikoti, Te Anaturo, Oharua, Te Arawhakawiri, Te Whawharua, and Tarapounamu, then turns towards the east to Onaro, Te Whakaipu, Otairi, Tamahine, Te Kapohana, Nganokaiahea, Tutaenui, and Te Ranga.
Paora Kingi, and Rakuraku Wepiha, Waimana, near Whakatane, Commences on the Whakatane river, at a place where the confiscated boundary crosses it, then goes on to Te Akamutu, Orpe, Te Tututanga, Oromairoa, Ruatoki, the Whakatane river, and on to the commencement.
Waretini, Atomia, Menehira, Rawiri, Hori Tunui, Hamahona, Te Umuhapuku, near Kopeopeo, Whakatane, The western boundary commences on the Whakatane river, and goes inland to Orangingatata, then goes towards the south to Otaumaha, then turns towards the east to the Whakatane river, that river being the eastern boundary.
