ERRATA.

In Gazette No. 19, dated 18th August, 1874, Page 181, in names of persons elected as Members of Mount Roskill District Board, for "John Hayr; G. Connolly; and T. Cleghorn," read "James H. Hayr; William J. Connely; and Thomas D. Cleghorn."

In Gazette No. 22, dated 25th September, 1874, in notification of appointment of Rangitoto District Board, for "David Corxhead" read "David Lochhead."

PROCLAMATION.

By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "An Act to Abate the Nuisance Caused by Dogs" (Session 1, No. 4, 1864), I do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the publication hereof within the District of the Town of Onehunga as constituted under "The Highways Act, 1874," the said Act shall come into operation.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this 19th day of October, 1874.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by section 72 of "The Highways Act 1874," I do hereby appoint the undernamed persons to be the District Board of the undermentioned Highway District set opposite their names, for the ensuing highway year, namely:

Ararimu South — Thomas Deacon; Joseph Wilkins; Isaac McLeod, sen.; Philip McLeod; and William Sandin.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this 19th day of October, 1874.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by section 81 of "The Highways Act 1874," I do hereby appoint the undernamed persons to be Auditors of the Highway Districts set opposite their respective names, for the ensuing highway year: namely —

Ararimu South — Daniel Stewart, and Isaac McLeod, Junior.

Rangitoto — Daniel Hickey, and William H. Garner.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this 19th day of October, 1874.

I hereby notify that the several Chairmen of the undermentioned Highway District Boards under "The Highways Act, 1874," have reported, in writing, to the Superintendent, the names of the undernamed persons appointed by them to be Auditors for the ensuing highway year.
