PROCLAMATION.
By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
By virtue of the powers and authority vested in me as Superintendent by the eleventh section of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," and, upon the recommendation of the Auckland Provincial Council, made in conformity thereto, I do hereby proclaim and declare that I have made the following Reserves, and dedicated the same to the public purposes respectively hereunder set forth, that is to say:β

Endowment for the support and maintenance of Lunatic and other Asylums within the Province of Auckland.
Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden: Allotments Nos. 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 107, 109, 110, 112, 113, 114, and 115 of Section No. 1, of the Suburbs of Auckland, containing 1 acre and 3 roods; Allotments Nos. 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 106, 108, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, and 115, containing 1 acre, 2 roods and 25 perches; Bounded towards the North by Parnell Rise, 100 feet; towards the South East by allotment No. 111, 107 feet; again towards the North East by allotment No. 111 aforesaid 53 feet; towards the North West, by said allotment No. 111, 90 feet 6 inches; again towards the North East by Parnell Rise, 267 feet; towards the South East and South by the Strand Road, 6 feet and 533 feet; again towards the North West, by Mechanics' Bay Road, 214 feet 10 inches; again towards...
