except as aforesaid, shall be regulated by and subject to the Acts Ordinances and Regula-
tions to which the same were subject at the time of coming into operation of this Act,
notwithstanding the repeal of such Acts Ordinances and Regulations respectively.

5. Every act which the Superintendent is hereby authorized or required to perform,

PART II.

GENERAL PROVISIONS AFFECTING WASTE LANDS.

9. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act there shall be a Waste Commissioner of Crown Lands to be Waste Lands Commissioner.

15.
