PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
BY virtue of the powers and authority vested in me as Superintendent of the Province of Auckland by the eleventh section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” and upon the recommendation of the Auckland Provincial Council, made in conformity thereto, I do hereby proclaim and declare that I have made the following Reserves, dedicated the same to the public purposes respectively hereunder set forth; that is to say:--

| Turanganui, Poverty Bay, County of Stafford: Allotment No. 50 of the Township of Gisborne, Bounded towards the North-East by allotments Nos. 53, 52 and 51 two hundred and fifty links; towards the South-East by Lowe Street, one hundred links; towards the South-West by allotment No. 49, two hundred and fifty links; and towards the North-West by allotment No. 56, one hundred links. | Public Offices. |
| Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden: Allotment No. 19 of section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland, containing One acre three roods and twenty-four perches, Bounded towards North by allotment No. 18 of said section, one thousand links; towards the East by a road, one hundred and ninety links; towards the South by a road, one thousand links; and towards the North-West by a road, one hundred and ninety links. | Educational purposes. |
| Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden: Allotment No. 235 of section No. 16 of the Suburbs of Auckland, containing Five acres two roods and twenty-nine perches, Bounded towards the North-East by allotments Nos. 234, 233, 232 and 231, and a road nine hundred and seventy-eight links; towards the East by allotments Nos. 220 and 228, fifty-four links, one hundred and eighty links, and three hundred and thirteen links; towards the South by allotments Nos. 229 and 230, eight hundred and fourteen links; and towards the North-West by a road, one hundred and ninety links, four hundred and forty-six links, and three hundred and sixteen links. | Educational purposes, subject to the right of the Highway Board to take gravel. |

| Parish of Totara, County of Mongonui: Allotment No. 6, containing Forty acres, Bounded towards the North-East by Government land; towards the South-East by the Kuwaru and Oio Blocks; towards the South-West by high water mark of the Wangaroa Harbour; again towards the South-East by allotment No. 2; again towards the South-West by Snowden’s Grant; and towards the North-West by Government land. | Educational purposes. |
