NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Shortland, on the 4th of September next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

NAME OF CLAIMANT. NAME AND LOCALITY OF BLOCK. BOUNDARIES. Place where Plans will be deposited for public inspection.
Tame Kaka. Te Karamu, The boundaries are on the map in the Inspector of Surveys office.
Hori Timo. Tutukaka, Are shown on the map.
Rini, Te Akeake, and others Te Huruhuru, part of Hikutai, On the West side it ends, on the South by the Hikutaia stream, on the North East by Waipurao.
Iritana, and others. Te Waione, The boundary commences at Ripi Whanake, thence towards the North East along the Huarere stream and along the boundary line of Puarere to Te Horeta, thence towards the North along the Horete boundary line until it reaches the boundary of Ripi Whanake, thence along that boundary line to the commencement.
Parewatana and others Pukohokobe, The boundaries are shown on the map.
Erueti Wetea, Nicorima Poutotara, Riwai Te Kiore, Mihikorama Nahun. Waokauri, Bounded on the North East by the Mangakirikiri, No. 4, on the West by the boundary line of Mangotahi, on the South by the boundary line of Mangakirikiri, No. 1, where it meets the boundary line of No. 4.
Watana Tuma, and others Kaimaro, The boundaries are shown on the map.
Rupene Te Piau, Potai Te Pora, Ngatai, Te Pokiha, Riki Paka, Te Paraone. Pukateawainui, This land has been surveyed.
Haira, Taringomotuhia. Ngaruawahia, The boundaries are shown on the map. The maps of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen in the office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Hotereni Taipari. Te Uaua o tekea, The boundaries are shown on the map.
Hotereni Taipari. Reoreo, No. 2, The boundaries are shown on the map.
Ngahuia Ngakaho, Marara Hikori. Waerenga, The boundaries are shown on the map.
Haora Tarerani. Whareorata, The land has been surveyed.
