PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
By virtue of the powers in me vested by "The Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Act, 1873, Operation Act, 1874," I do hereby proclaim and notify that the Act of the General Assembly, intituled "The Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Act, 1873," shall come into force and have operation in the Borough of the City of Auckland on and after Saturday, the first day of August, 1874.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province of Auckland, at Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, this twenty-second day of July, 1874.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
I, JOHN WILLIAMSON, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, having taken into consideration the Order made by the Titirangi Highway District Board (and all objections made thereto) for taking a road through allotments Nos. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 44, 45, and 46, of Titirangi, within the said district, do hereby, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by section 83 of "The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871," confirm the said order, with the following variation, namely:— That the said road shall be taken according to the line shown on the amended plan No. 1702, deposited in the Superintendent's office at Auckland, on the 22nd May, 1874.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," I do hereby notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder will be offered for sale by public auction, as Town and Suburban Lands.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-ninth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.
